I God) have sent you down my revelations for the purified
Whoever purifies his soul can know my wisdom (Hikma)

To understand my (God) wisdom

Man have to purify internally not by external ablution

Man cannot understand the esoteric meaning of my scripture because man is busy developing his knowledge more than gaining wisdom (Hikma) 

However, it’s not necessary for a man to read my scriptures because you all are religiously divided

However, I (God) have blown my spirit on to you impartially despite religious divisions

Therefore, when you know your nafs (self) you know me (God) – Muhammed (pbuh)

Because
I am (God) closer to man more than his jugular vein – Quran 50.16
