“I (man) strongly believe Allah (God) that all my sins would be pardoned”

How can Allah (God) Law of nature pardon man’s sins, if man continuously sin repeatedly as a routine?

Can prolonged negative energy be eliminated by belief, worship, prayers, repentance and supplications?
