He has fashioned and molded you (man) by his own formless image and blown his spirit within
Quran 15.29
His spirit (higher self) within man contains truthfulness, honesty, modesty, tranquility, contentment, justice, selfless, gratitude, sympathy, reverence, simplicity, humility, patience, content,
LOVE, knowledge, and WISDOM
But unfortunately all above are relatively veiled by man’s EGO
(His lower self) the opposite of above
Therefore it is not compulsory or prerequisite for a man to read and understand the Quran or any scripture to know God’s wisdom because when man become conscious about his higher self, man know who is God because man’s higher self is God
However people read or recite the Quran without knowing its meaning
Because most of them do not know Arabic
Although some know Arabic, the reality is
The meaning of the Quran differs to each persons level of CONSCIOUSNESS
Any man can read the Quran, recite the Quran, by heart the Quran and call himself a believer, a hafiz or an ALim .
You can narrate the Quran in Arabic and brief its tafsir but still the same man can be insincere, devious, greedy, coward, selfish, pretentious, proud and egoist
There is no compulsion in religion
Despite you read the the Quran or not, despite you read its Tafsir or not
God’s fitrah (Ruh) is there within every human being
Religiousness cannot bring consciousness unless man himself change
Once the inner spirit is achieved the outer form would naturally ensure
However religious a man is
He can be a scholar, a mufti or an Ash Sheikh
Man need God’s (Allah’s) special mercy to his favorite that HIS guidance (consciousness) is enacted in man’s heart
